Danielle is manager of 35 Mules, where she leads efforts to grow early-stage startups in the program and support Florida’s growing startup ecosystem.
Danielle joined Florida Power & Light (FPL) in 2008, and has held various roles across the organization, including client and event management, product and email marketing, electric vehicle infrastructure project management and, most recently, in economic development.
In her previous roles, Danielle’s achievements include marketing efforts that earned second in the nation for email communications among utilities from J.D. Power for 2013. When FPL began growing its clean vehicle fleet, Danielle led and managed more than 70 charging station infrastructure projects across company service centers and offices. In economic development, she was named as one of North America’s Top 50 Economic Developers in 2020.
Danielle currently serves on the boards of Florida Venture Forum, Synapse, GrowFL’s Advisory Board and the Jupiter Police Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in strategic communication from the University of Minnesota. A native Floridian, born and raised in South Florida, Danielle currently resides in Tequesta, Florida.
Aneisha is an economic development project manager, supporting 35 Mules in daily operations, strategic planning and marketing support. She has been part of the 35 Mules team since its founding in 2019 and supported two cohorts in the program.
In addition to economic development, Aneisha has worked in corporate operational excellence, strategic projects & quality and external affairs business units during her time with Florida Power & Light Company.
Aneisha holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Indian River State College and a master’s in business administration with a concentration in human resources from Nova Southeastern University. She is an active board member of the United Way of St. Lucie County and Okeechobee. Aneisha resides in Port St. Lucie, Florida, with her daughter.
Danielle (Dani) Foster is a Project Manager at 35 Mules, where she leads cross-functional initiatives that support startups and drive innovation. In her role, she oversees program execution, manages stakeholder engagement and helps advance strategic projects that contribute to the growth and success of the organization’s innovation efforts.
Since joining NextEra Energy in 2024, Dani has supported both 35 Mules and the Economic Development team, contributing to programs that support startups and innovation across Florida. She also brings experience in venture capital operations through her work with NextEra Energy Investments, where she gained exposure to startup evaluation and investment processes.
Prior to joining NextEra, Dani built a strong professional foundation in account management, event planning and operations management. Through these roles, she developed expertise in client relations, process improvement and executing strategic initiatives.
Dani holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from Florida International University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
Christina Lanahan joined Florida Power & Light Company in 2017 and leads all marketing efforts for 35 Mules, helping to grow Florida’s startup ecosystem and attract world-class founders to the program. In this role, she partners closely with founders to amplify their success stories and leads program marketing strategies, including LinkedIn and the program’s upcoming Instagram channel. She also plays a key role in supporting 35 Mules’ economic development partners, events and startup recruitment initiatives.
With nearly nine years at the company, Christina brings a strong blend of expertise in AI, marketing and content strategy, along with prior experience leading digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives for national consumer brands. She is passionate about storytelling and using it as a tool to elevate founders and spotlight the innovation taking place across Florida’s growing tech ecosystem.
Christina holds a master’s degree in international business from Florida Atlantic University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is based in Palm Beach County and supports community and nonprofit initiatives.
